Because of global shipping delay issues, some domestic and international orders may take longer to arrive than usual. We cannot offer any discounts or refunds for orders that do not arrive by a specific date. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from order placement. If you wish to cancel your order before they’re shipped out, please email onlyservice.team@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not accept any change requests for the order after that.

Typically, it takes 1-3 business days of processing time after you receive our order confirmation email. And as the delivery time is the total of processing time and shipping time, it will depend on the shipping method you choose:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): 1-3 business days of processing time + 2-5 business days of shipping time

We do our best to protect the privacy of each buyer, Msluvs ships orders in industry standard (brown unmarked) boxes, ships from a neutral sender, no credit its contents. Also, we try not to reveal any information about paying bills.

Please note that all packages are shipped from our US warehouse. Taxes and fees have been paid by our company for our products, and customers do not have to bear them.
